difference between the American Chinese food and authentic Chinese food

    On the Monday,we went to the Ginger china and ate the chinese food what we miss long time,in the restaurant,we could saw the menu almost everything all about the meats,and the tasty all tend to sweety,but authentic Chinese food has kinds of tasty.we realized the reason of sweety tasty is beacuse the shopkeeper's hometown is fujian province.and in China,everywhere has the different tasty.But i still very happy,I ate the eggplant which is ripe.
