The battle of Fort Ticonderoga

On July 24th, we visited Fort Ticonderoga,a historical site of war of independence.According actors' vivid performance, we learned the background happened in Fort Ticonderoga.On May 10th,1775,French army waged a battle to English army and stroke them in the castle in morning.At last, French won the battle.Although Battle of Fort Ticonderoga is a small-scale,it's first victory that won the revolutionary war of the hi States, and offered the continental army in the war in the future need of artillery.
