American Chinese Food

           On the Monday we went to the Ginger China for lunch. I was very excited to the American Chinese food and this is the first time to taste it. When we were in the Ginger China we saw many Chinese. I knew that the landlady came from Fujian province and they are already Americans, They have worked here for many years and what surprised me most is that the menu was typied in English, which confused us a lot.
           When the meals were done, we find something different from the Chinese food we ate in China. In fact, the dishes in Ginger China were sweeter and less hotter, I think the meals prefer to be the American taste. But all in all, the food are delicious I have tasted in Rutland. Thanks Erica and the three mentors.
