We went to the GINGER CHINA which is the tipical Chinese restaurant in Rutland. The boss' family is from the Fujian Province and their cooking is wonderful. Maybe we don't eat Chinese food for long time.From the menu,I can see many dishes that I like in China. So I pick the one dish called General Tao's Chicken. That is just like the northeast of China typical dish, pork contained flour. I really like it and I ate the fried noodles. Delicious but a little bit expensive than in China. I will remember this day!

Chinese food
Today is the first day about the last week that we live in castleton university.Time is so fast that we are in the process from stranger to the acquaintance and care for,play jokes with each other.We just like a family in the short time and really don't want to leave.
