Eat Chinese food in Vermont!!!

   Yesterday, we were very lucky to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. It named Ginger China Restaurant. I haven't eaten Chinese food for a long time, so I was very looked forward to this dinner. The restaurant's waiters and waitresses are all Chinese. I felt very friendly. I was enjoyed the dinner because I loved sweet food but Grace thought it was ok, because she likes hot food. Compared with western food and Chinese food, most western food is fried, but in China there are various ways to make food. In my perspective, most American like sweet Chinese food, but to Chinese, they prefer hot food. To sum up, different countries have different cooking culture.
