the Fort Ticonderoga

We visited the Fort Ticonderoga in the sunday afternoon. From the professor philip and website, I make a master of its history. It's a acient fort near the lake champlain which is built in 1755 by french colonialists. But it's occupied by United Kingdom later. Because the fort is the important place to a war, so there happened lots of battles but is difficult to be caputured. In 1775, the green mountain boys and other armys united and attacked in moring and win the battle that is the first victory in Independent War.
That's my first tour to the western castleton, the wall is tall and firm. Many cannons are placed there to protect the castle. That landscape also is very beautiful. What a exciting day!
